Eligible Items for Return:
You may return most new, unspoiled, unopened items sold by B Idea.bd within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be in their original, unopened packaging, including any manuals, warranty cards, or accessories.
Items showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival must be reported within 1 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team for a replacement or refund.

Return Process:

You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
Your refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be issued in the original form of payment.
